  • Layer breakdown12 µm reverse-printed PET, 12 µm metallized PET, and an 80 µm food-grade LLDPE sealant. Ink stays enclosed inside the laminate.
  • Resealable zipperPress-to-close zipper below the tear notch.
  • Oxygen absorbers and desiccantsStandard sachets fit and seal normally. Moisture-sensitive products usually benefit more from a desiccant.
  • Stand-up gussetSits upright without a display box.
  • Seal zones and tolerances8–10 mm side and bottom seals. Converting tolerance ±3 mm on width and height, ±2 mm on gusset depth. Keep type and logos 5 mm clear of marked seal zones.

More than two weeks late: 20% order credit

Once artwork and proof are approved, delivery more than two weeks past the estimate earns a 20% order credit.

Proof match: report a mismatch within 14 days of delivery and send photos. A digital proof confirms artwork, colour, placement, size, and construction; it cannot show how the film feels or how your product behaves inside it.

Proof rejection: separately billed design work already completed is not refundable. On a multi-design order, you may cancel one design and let the others continue.

Delivery credit: production starts after artwork and proof approval, so time waiting on either moves the estimate.

Which size should I choose?
Choose by product dimensions and presentation, not an estimated weight. Density varies by product. Use the dielines and test a real sample before production.
How thick are the pouches?
About 120 microns in total: a 12 µm reverse-printed PET outer layer, a 12 µm metallized PET barrier, and an 80 µm food-grade LLDPE sealant, plus the lamination adhesive between those layers. If you need 140 micron, message us before you order and we can run it.
Can I get a custom size?
The three sizes on this page are the ones we run at 1,000 to 5,000 units. Custom sizes are available from 5,000 units — message us with your dimensions and we will confirm what is possible before you order.
Do I need the resealable zipper?
For anything the customer opens more than once, we recommend it — the zipper is what keeps the product fresh after opening. It adds $0.017 per pouch. If your product is single-serve, you can leave it off.
Can I split 1,000 pouches across two designs?
No. The minimum is 1,000 pouches per design, so two artworks require two separate line items.
What if my artwork is not ready?
Order now and reply to the confirmation email with your file later. If you have a Canva file, mockup or image, choose the vectorization route and we redraw it as a print-ready vector at no extra cost. Full design support is quoted separately from $150.
Are there any other costs?
No hidden costs. Printing, US delivery, duties, customs, and brokerage are included. Window and zipper each add $0.017 per pouch; hang hole and tear notch are free. Optional artwork services are also shown before you commit.
Is the pouch suitable for my product?
It is a standard food-grade stand-up pouch used for dry and semi-dry products — snacks, candy, coffee, jerky, pet treats, powders and similar. Moisture-sensitive products need careful window sizing and may benefit from a desiccant. It is not a certified child-resistant closure, and it is not intended for liquids.
Can you ship to my co-packer or 3PL?
Yes. Enter that US address at checkout; the DDP price does not change. Ask before ordering if receiving needs carton or pallet details.
Can you support vendor onboarding or a purchase order?
Material, tax, vendor, and factory documents are available on request, usually within one business day. Card payment is due at checkout; purchase orders or other terms are reviewed case by case and are not promised on this page.
